Store sells products to individual people of legal age. Product prices include VAT. We reserve the rights to changes in prices and shipping and return policies. 

Ordering

Products are ordered in the store by moving products into the shopping cart and paying for the order online. All customer information is handled confidentially. Information that is given during the order will not be used for any other purposes than handling the order unless stated otherwise. When you place an order in the store you are required to read and accept the currently applicable policies.

Payments

Internationally we offer and accept the following payment methods:

Paypal: payments from your Paypal account and with major credit cards.

By using the Buy -button you accept the terms and policies of StuntFreaksTeam.

Order and payment confirmation

After receiving your order we will immediately send you a confirmation email with the details of your order. Please always check the order details in the confirmation mail. If you have any questions do not hesitate to contact our customer service by email. Please also hold on to the confirmation mail in case you need to contact the customer service later on. Your order number, visible in the confirmation mail, is also important for possible questions and inquiries. Please make sure that the contents of your package match the products in your confirmation email.

Shipping methods and costs

Shipping costs include the packaging and mailing costs. You are presented with an estimate of the shipping costs in your shopping cart depending on the default shipping method. The exact costs are shown after choosing the method for shipping and payment. Available shipping methods depend on the size and weight of your order. You can choose the shipping method in the checkout process where the exact costs are also shown.

At the moment we offer the following methods for international shipping depending on your country:

North america 12,90€
Europe 9,90€
Finland 4,90€
All other countries 17,90€ 

Delivery times

For international orders the delivery speed heavily depends on your location. Delivery times are from when the order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery times within Europe range generally between 3-7 bank days.

Delivery times outside Europe range generally between 5-30 bank days.

  • For Semi Custom Graphic Kits add 5-10 business days for production.
  • For Full Custom Graphic Kits add 2-3 weeks for production.
  • Any extra items you've ordered will be sent right away, and they'll all come together in one package with just one delivery fee.

With international shipping the delivery times are not exact or guaranteed. Especially with letters the delivery times may be 1-2 weeks more. If you suspect your order should have arrived but it hasn't, please contact our customer support shop@stuntfreaksteam.org and provide your order ID for us to check on it.

Stunt Freaks Team is not responsible for any duties or taxes your order might be subject to when ordering outside the European Union.

In case the product you ordered is out of stock, the estimated delivery time is shown in the product information. This differs between each product. We inform our customers of possible delays.

We do not take responsibility for force majeure delays or any problems the delays might non-directly cause. We inform you of any changes to these times on our store's site.

Returning policies

Products have a 14-day return time from receiving your order. Stunt Freaks Team is responsible for products lost or damaged during shipping. If the product has been damaged or lost during returning, the customer is responsible.

Any products you wish to return need to be in sale condition. If you notice a fault in your product or it has been damaged during shipping, please contact us at shop@stuntfreaksteam.org within 14 days of receiving the product.

How to return or change a product you ordered:

1. Contact our customer support within 14 days of receiving the product and tell us you wish to return or change product(s). Depending on the company that delivered your order, we will arrange a return free of cost for you.

2. Attach a filled return form to your returning shipment; you should receive a form with your order (in case you didn't, please contact us). If you have registered as a customer you can log in to the customer site and print the return form with your information yourself. Check the form for any missing information.

3. Pack your order carefully and leave it to the delivery company (as arranged with us in step 1).

After receiving and handling your return we will send you a product in exchange (if this is what was agreed) for no cost. In case you want your money back we will pay it back within 14 days of the return.

PRINTING QUALITY OF PRODUCTS
The shade of printed products can vary a bit between the real life product and the screen image. This is due to the different settings between displays and printing technical limitations.

Right of withdrawal

You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without giving any reason. The withdrawal period ends within 14 days starting from the day you received the last shipment, or in the case of downloadable products, from the moment you received the order.

In order to exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify us of your decision to cancel the agreement in an unambiguous way (for example, by mail or by email). You can also use our printable return form, but its use is not mandatory.

To comply with the deadline for withdrawal, it is sufficient that you submit your notice of cancellation before the end of the withdrawal period.

Effects of withdrawal

If you withdraw from this contract, we shall reimburse to you all payments received from you, including the costs of delivery (with the exception of the supplementary costs resulting from your choice of a type of delivery other than the least expensive type of standard delivery offered by us), without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which we are informed about your decision to withdraw from this contract. We will carry out such reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction, unless you have expressly agreed otherwise; in any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of such reimbursement.

You must return the goods without delay and no later than 14 days after informing us about your decision to withdraw from the contract. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.

You are only responsible for the kind of value decrease of the goods that did not result from treatment that is required for determining the nature, properties and functionality of the goods.

Unredeemed shipments

Not redeeming your order is not the same as returning or canceling your order. From orders that haven't been redeemed and haven't been canceled we charge the shipment fees.
