SFT ZERO ELECTRIC BIKE GIVEAWAY 2026

Official Terms of Participation

Version dated 19 July 2026

These Terms of Participation govern the SFT ZERO ELECTRIC BIKE GIVEAWAY 2026 (the “Giveaway”).

By participating in the Giveaway, the participant accepts these Terms of Participation.

1. Organizer

The Giveaway is organized and administered by:

StuntFreaksTeam Oy
Business ID: 2474100-6
Rautakyläntie 1
41900 Petäjävesi
Finland

Email: shop@stuntfreaksteam.org

StuntFreaksTeam Oy is referred to in these Terms as the “Organizer.”

The Organizer is responsible for administering the Giveaway, verifying entries, conducting the draw, contacting the winner and arranging the delivery or handover of the prize.

The Giveaway is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by or associated with Shopify, Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, TikTok or any other social media or technology platform.

2. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway begins on:

20 July 2026 at 00:00 Eastern European Summer Time, EEST (UTC+3)

and ends on:

17 August 2026 at 23:59:59 Eastern European Summer Time, EEST (UTC+3).

This period is referred to as the “Giveaway Period.”

Only qualifying purchases and valid free entries completed during the Giveaway Period will be accepted.

The official random draw is scheduled to take place on:

31 August 2026

If the draw must be postponed because of a technical failure, suspected manipulation, legal requirement, force majeure or another circumstance outside the Organizer’s reasonable control, the new draw date will be announced on the official Giveaway page.

3. Eligible Countries

At the beginning of the Giveaway, participation is open to permanent legal residents of:

  • Finland;
  • Sweden;
  • Germany;
  • Austria; and
  • France.

The Organizer is currently reviewing the possibility of making the Giveaway available in additional countries.

An additional country may be added during the Giveaway Period only after the Organizer has reviewed and approved the relevant legal, tax, consumer-protection, data-protection, prize-delivery and regulatory requirements.

An additional country becomes eligible only when the Organizer publishes an official announcement on the Giveaway page confirming:

  • the name of the newly eligible country;
  • the date and time from which residents of that country may participate; and
  • any country-specific conditions that apply.

Until such an announcement has been published, residents of a country not listed above are not eligible to participate.

Unless the official announcement expressly states otherwise, participation will not apply retroactively. Purchases, posts or postal submissions made before the published effective date will not generate valid entries.

The Organizer may decide not to add any additional countries.

The current list of eligible countries will always be available on the official Giveaway page.

4. Eligibility

Participation is open only to natural persons acting as consumers who:

  1. are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation;
  2. permanently reside in an eligible country;
  3. participate personally and in their own name; and
  4. comply with these Terms of Participation.

The following persons and entities may not participate:

  • companies, businesses, associations or other legal entities;
  • persons placing an order in a company name or using a business VAT number;
  • wholesalers, dealers, retailers or distributors;
  • employees, directors or representatives of the Organizer;
  • contractors directly involved in administering the Giveaway;
  • immediate family members of the above persons; and
  • persons living in the same household as the above persons.

Participation under a false name, pseudonym or another person’s identity is prohibited.

Participation through bots, scripts, automated services, bulk-entry services, sweepstakes clubs, fake accounts, multiple identities or third-party accounts is prohibited.

5. Ways to Participate

Participation is possible through:

  1. a qualifying purchase from the official Stunt Freaks Team online store;
  2. an eligible social media post; or
  3. an eligible postal entry.

No Purchase Is Necessary

A purchase is not required to participate.

Free entries and purchase-based entries are included in the same random draw.

Every valid individual Giveaway ticket has equal weight and the same individual chance of being selected, regardless of how the ticket was obtained.

A qualifying purchase may generate multiple tickets according to the calculation described below.

Giveaway tickets cannot be purchased separately.

6. Participation Through a Purchase

Every eligible purchase completed through the official Stunt Freaks Team online store during the Giveaway Period automatically generates Giveaway tickets.

No separate registration is required.

A purchase qualifies only if:

  • the customer is an eligible participant;
  • the order is placed in the participant’s own name;
  • the order is a genuine consumer purchase;
  • the order is successfully paid in full;
  • the order is completed during the Giveaway Period; and
  • no invalidation or exclusion ground applies.

Ticket Calculation

Every full €5.00 of the final order total generates one (1) Giveaway ticket.

The final order total means the amount actually paid after discounts and promotional codes have been applied, including applicable VAT and shipping charges included in the payment.

Examples:

  • €4.99 = 0 tickets
  • €5.00 = 1 ticket
  • €25.00 = 5 tickets
  • €87.00 = 17 tickets
  • €250.00 = 50 tickets

Only complete increments of €5.00 generate tickets.

Any remaining amount below €5.00 is not rounded up or transferred to another order.

For example, an order worth €29.99 generates five tickets.

Tickets from multiple eligible orders accumulate automatically.

There is no predetermined maximum number of purchase-based tickets, provided that all purchases are genuine consumer purchases.

Orders in Other Currencies

If an order is paid in a currency other than euros, the euro-equivalent amount recorded by the Organizer’s online-store or payment system at the time of payment will be used.

Minor differences caused by exchange rates, payment-provider calculations or rounding do not create a right to additional tickets.

Gift Cards

The purchase of a gift card does not generate Giveaway tickets.

When a gift card is later used to purchase eligible products, the qualifying order may generate tickets based on the final order total, provided that the same value has not previously generated Giveaway tickets.

Excluded Orders

The following do not generate valid tickets:

  • unpaid orders;
  • cancelled orders;
  • complimentary or test orders;
  • replacement orders for which no additional payment is made;
  • wholesale, dealer or business orders;
  • fraudulent orders;
  • orders made using unauthorized payment details; and
  • orders with a qualifying total below €5.00.

Normal Product Prices

Product prices are not increased because of the Giveaway.

The customer pays for the products and delivery purchased from the online store, not for a Giveaway ticket.

The Giveaway is a temporary promotional campaign connected with the Organizer’s normal retail business.

7. Returns, Refunds and Cancellations

All purchase-based tickets remain provisional until the winning entry and the corresponding order have been finally verified.

The participant’s statutory consumer rights, including applicable withdrawal, return, refund and warranty rights, remain fully unaffected.

However, if an order is completely:

  • cancelled;
  • withdrawn from;
  • returned;
  • refunded;
  • reversed;
  • charged back; or
  • determined to be fraudulent,

all tickets generated by that order become invalid.

If an order is partially returned, cancelled, refunded or reduced in value, the number of tickets will be recalculated based on the final order amount retained by the customer and paid to the Organizer.

For example, if an order originally generated twenty tickets but the final retained order value generates twelve tickets, eight tickets will be removed.

Tickets may be invalidated before or after the scheduled draw.

Because the statutory withdrawal period for an online order may still be running on the draw date, a purchase-based winning ticket remains provisional until:

  • the applicable withdrawal period for the winning order has expired;
  • any return or refund request has been resolved;
  • the payment remains valid; and
  • the order has passed the Organizer’s final verification.

If a provisionally selected winner returns the relevant purchase or the winning ticket otherwise becomes invalid before the prize is handed over, the participant loses the right to the prize.

The Organizer will then conduct a replacement random draw from the remaining valid tickets.

A participant must not conceal or intentionally delay a return, cancellation, refund request or payment dispute in order to preserve an invalid ticket.

8. Free Participation Through Social Media

Participants may create and publicly publish their own creative social media edits using material officially released by the Organizer for the SFT ZERO ELECTRIC BIKE GIVEAWAY 2026.

Requirements

To receive one valid social media ticket:

  1. The participant must create an original edit using eligible SFT Giveaway material (instagram and youtube content from stuntfreaksteam).
  2. The post must be published publicly on Instagram or YouTube during the Giveaway Period.
  3. The post must clearly include the hashtag:

#SFTzeroGiveaway

  1. The Organizer recommends identifying the post as Giveaway participation or advertising where required, for example with:

#giveawayentry or #ad

  1. The post must be publicly viewable without requiring the Organizer to follow the participant or request access.
  2. The participant must email a direct link to the post to:

shop@stuntfreaksteam.org

  1. The email subject must be:

SFT ZERO GIVEAWAY – SOCIAL MEDIA ENTRY

  1. The email must include:
  • the participant’s full legal name;
  • date of birth;
  • permanent country of residence;
  • valid email address; and
  • a direct link to the public post.
  1. Both the post and the submission email must be completed during the Giveaway Period.
  2. One valid social media post generates one Giveaway ticket.
  3. A maximum of one social media ticket per person per calendar day will be accepted across all platforms combined.
  4. The post must remain publicly accessible until the winner-selection and verification process has been completed.

If the post is deleted, hidden, restricted, removed or changed to private before verification is complete, the corresponding ticket may be invalidated.

Rights and Content

Participants may use only material:

  • owned or controlled by the Organizer;
  • included in the official Giveaway media package; or
  • expressly approved by the Organizer for Giveaway use.

Third-party music, videos, photographs, trademarks, logos or images of identifiable persons may be used only where the participant has all necessary permissions and rights.

The post must not:

  • infringe copyright, trademark, privacy or other third-party rights;
  • violate applicable law or platform rules;
  • contain false or misleading information;
  • contain hateful, discriminatory, threatening, defamatory, pornographic or grossly offensive material;
  • encourage unlawful or unnecessarily dangerous behaviour; or
  • falsely suggest sponsorship or endorsement by another party.

Participation does not automatically transfer ownership of the participant’s content to the Organizer.

The Organizer may repost or use the participant’s content for its own marketing only with the participant’s separate voluntary permission, unless limited use is otherwise permitted by applicable law.

The relevant Instagram, TikTok and YouTube terms, community guidelines and promotional rules also apply.

9. Free Participation by Post

Participation without purchase is also possible by sending a sufficiently stamped letter.

Postage and mailing costs are borne by the participant.

Each postal entry must be sent to:

StuntFreaksTeam Oy
SFT ZERO GIVEAWAY
Valtatie 54
35800 Mänttä
Finland

The letter must legibly include:

  • the participant’s first name and surname;
  • full permanent residential address;
  • postal code, city and country;
  • valid email address;
  • date of birth; and
  • the following signed declaration:

“I am participating in the SFT ZERO ELECTRIC BIKE GIVEAWAY 2026 and accept the Official Terms of Participation.”

An equivalent, unambiguous declaration in the participant’s own language is also accepted.

One valid postal entry generates one Giveaway ticket.

A maximum of one postal ticket per person per calendar day will be accepted.

Each postal entry must be sent in a separate envelope. Multiple entries enclosed in one envelope will be treated as one entry.

The letter must be physically received by the Organizer no later than:

17 August 2026

The postmark date alone is not sufficient.

Incomplete, unsigned, illegible, late, incorrectly addressed or otherwise unidentifiable postal entries will not be accepted.

10. The Prize

One prize will be awarded:

One Zero XB electric motorcycle

The approximate recommended retail price of a new equivalent motorcycle at the beginning of the Giveaway is:

€5,490 including VAT

The prize motorcycle may be used before handover for:

  • filming;
  • photography;
  • testing;
  • promotional appearances; and
  • campaign-related content production.

The motorcycle may therefore have recorded mileage, operating hours and reasonable signs of promotional use.

The exact colour, specification, included equipment, mileage, operating hours and condition of the prize are those of the specific motorcycle used in the Giveaway campaign.

Before the prize is accepted, the Organizer will disclose to the selected winner:

  • the recorded mileage or operating hours;
  • the general condition of the motorcycle; and
  • any material cosmetic or technical defect known to the Organizer.

The motorcycle will be inspected before handover.

The prize cannot be:

  • exchanged for cash;
  • partially redeemed in cash;
  • exchanged for another model at the winner’s request; or
  • transferred to another person before handover without the Organizer’s written agreement.

If the advertised motorcycle becomes unavailable because of theft, fire, accident, destruction, serious damage or another circumstance outside the Organizer’s reasonable control, the Organizer may provide a comparable substitute prize of equal or greater fair market value.

11. Registration, Insurance and Use

Registration, licensing, insurance, homologation and road-use requirements may differ between eligible countries.

The winner is responsible for determining and complying with all requirements applicable in the country where the motorcycle will be registered, stored, transported or used.

The Organizer does not guarantee that the motorcycle can be registered or used on public roads without additional:

  • documents;
  • inspection;
  • registration;
  • insurance;
  • equipment;
  • modification; or
  • an appropriate driving licence.

The motorcycle must not be used on public roads unless all applicable legal requirements have been fulfilled.

The manufacturer’s instructions, warnings and maintenance requirements must be followed.

12. Winner Selection

One provisional winner will be selected at random on 31 August 2026.

The draw will be conducted using a documented computerized random-selection method.

Every valid ticket included in the draw has an equal mathematical chance of being selected.

The probability of winning depends on the total number of valid tickets.

The Organizer will retain reasonable documentation of:

  • the number of valid tickets;
  • the verification process;
  • the random-selection process; and
  • the selected ticket.

The selected participant is not finally confirmed as the winner until the participant and the winning ticket have been verified.

13. Winner Notification and Verification

The provisionally selected winner will be contacted privately using the email address connected with the winning:

  • purchase;
  • social media submission; or
  • postal entry.

The selected participant must respond within fourteen (14) calendar days from the date the notification is sent.

The Organizer may request reasonable proof of:

  • identity;
  • age;
  • permanent residence in an eligible country;
  • control of the relevant email or social media account; and
  • validity of the relevant entry.

A selected participant loses the right to the prize if the participant:

  • does not respond within fourteen days;
  • fails to provide reasonable verification;
  • provides false or incomplete information;
  • was not eligible to participate;
  • materially violated these Terms;
  • rejects the prize;
  • cannot legally receive the prize; or
  • was selected through a ticket that becomes invalid.

In such a case, the Organizer will conduct a replacement random draw.

14. Winner Privacy

The winner will be contacted personally before any public announcement is made.

The verified winner will be asked whether they wish to:

  • remain anonymous; or
  • be publicly identified.

Consent to publicity is voluntary and is not a condition of receiving the prize.

The Organizer will not publish the winner’s name, image, social media account, interview or prize-handover content without separate voluntary consent, unless disclosure is required by applicable law or a competent authority.

If the winner chooses to remain anonymous, the Organizer may announce that the winner has been selected, verified and awarded the prize without publishing directly identifying information.

15. Prize Delivery

The Organizer will arrange and pay for reasonable standard delivery of the prize to one address in the winner’s eligible country.

For a country added during the Giveaway Period, any country-specific delivery conditions will be stated in the official country-addition announcement.

The Organizer and the winner will agree on a reasonable delivery method, timetable and handover location.

The Organizer may offer personal collection or a filmed handover. Participation in publicity, filming or photography is not required in order to receive the prize.

Additional costs caused by special delivery requests or unreasonable delay by the winner may be charged to the winner only where agreed in advance.

Risk of loss or damage transfers to the winner when the prize has been successfully handed over or delivered and accepted.

16. Taxes and Other Charges

The Organizer will report and pay:

  • Finnish lottery tax payable by the Organizer; and
  • any other tax, levy or mandatory charge that applicable law directly requires the Organizer to report or pay in connection with the Giveaway.

The winner is responsible for any tax, duty, registration charge, vehicle tax, insurance cost, licensing fee or similar obligation that applicable law imposes personally on the winner in the winner’s country of residence, delivery or registration.

The Organizer does not provide individual tax, registration, insurance or licensing advice.

Unless mandatory law requires otherwise, the Organizer will not reimburse charges that are legally the winner’s responsibility.

No Finnish organizer-side lottery tax will be deducted from the physical prize.

17. Fraud and Manipulation

The Organizer may investigate and invalidate entries where there are reasonable grounds to suspect:

  • payment fraud;
  • stolen or unauthorized payment details;
  • false participant information;
  • automated participation;
  • bots or scripts;
  • several identities or fake accounts;
  • manipulation of social media publication dates;
  • duplicated content intended to circumvent daily limits;
  • fabricated postal entries;
  • abuse of discounts, gift cards, refunds, returns or chargebacks;
  • purchases made without a genuine intention to retain the products;
  • interference with the draw; or
  • another material violation of these Terms.

The Organizer may request reasonable supporting information before accepting an entry or confirming a winner.

An entry will not be invalidated arbitrarily.

18. Technical Problems

The Organizer is not responsible for entries that are lost, delayed, corrupted, incorrectly submitted, blocked by spam filters or made inaccessible because of circumstances outside the Organizer’s reasonable control.

A screenshot, attempted payment, draft post or proof that a participant attempted to submit an entry does not by itself establish a valid entry.

If a technical error allocates too many or too few purchase-based tickets, the Organizer may correct the allocation according to the rule of one ticket for every full €5.00 of qualifying order value.

If a material technical failure affects the fairness of the Giveaway, the Organizer may pause or repeat the affected stage in a fair and transparent manner.

19. Data Protection

The data controller is:

StuntFreaksTeam Oy
Rautakyläntie 1
41900 Petäjävesi
Finland

Email: shop@stuntfreaksteam.org

Personal data may be processed for:

  • administering the Giveaway;
  • allocating and verifying tickets;
  • reviewing purchases, returns and refunds;
  • verifying social media and postal entries;
  • preventing fraud;
  • conducting and documenting the draw;
  • contacting and verifying the winner;
  • arranging prize delivery;
  • fulfilling tax, accounting and legal obligations; and
  • handling complaints or legal claims.

Marketing consent is not required to participate.

Giveaway information will not be used for newsletters or unrelated direct marketing unless the participant has separately given valid consent or another legal basis applies.

Personal data will be retained only for as long as necessary for administering and documenting the Giveaway and complying with applicable legal obligations.

Participants may have the right to request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or objection in accordance with applicable data-protection law.

Data-protection requests may be sent to:

shop@stuntfreaksteam.org

Further information is available in the Organizer’s Privacy Policy.

20. Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

The Organizer is not responsible for:

  • the winner’s failure to comply with registration, licensing, insurance or road-use requirements;
  • unlawful or unsafe use of the motorcycle;
  • incorrect contact information supplied by a participant;
  • postal delays;
  • email or social media account restrictions;
  • third-party platform outages; or
  • circumstances outside the Organizer’s reasonable control.

After handover, the winner is responsible for the lawful and safe storage, charging, transportation, maintenance and use of the motorcycle.

Any transferable manufacturer’s warranty will be provided to the winner where available.

Mandatory statutory rights remain unaffected.

21. Modification or Cancellation

The Organizer may suspend, modify, extend or cancel the Giveaway only where reasonably necessary because of:

  • fraud or attempted manipulation;
  • a material technical failure;
  • force majeure;
  • theft, destruction or unavailability of the prize;
  • a legal or regulatory requirement;
  • an official order; or
  • another circumstance materially preventing a fair and lawful Giveaway.

Any material change will be published on the official Giveaway page.

The Organizer will seek to preserve valid rights already acquired and avoid unreasonable disadvantage to participants.

22. Questions and Complaints

Questions or complaints concerning the Giveaway may be sent to:

shop@stuntfreaksteam.org

The message should include:

  • the participant’s full name;
  • the relevant order number or participation method;
  • a description of the issue; and
  • any information reasonably necessary to investigate it.

23. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Finland.

Where the participant is a consumer residing in another eligible country, the choice of Finnish law does not deprive the participant of mandatory consumer protections applicable under the laws of the participant’s country of residence.

A consumer may bring proceedings before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer and procedural law.

24. Language

These Terms have been prepared in English.

Translations may be published for convenience and to satisfy applicable national consumer-information requirements.

If different language versions conflict, the English version will prevail only to the extent permitted by applicable mandatory law.

25. Final Provisions

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in effect.

Mandatory consumer rights remain unaffected.

A failure by the Organizer to enforce a provision immediately does not constitute a permanent waiver of that provision.
